From what Ive read, there should be one related to controllers. I only have five options in the dropdown menu for SNES9x: SNES9x, File, Emulation, View, Window and Help. Sameboy (funfact: SNES emulator bsnes is using this core for Super Game Boy.
I don't recall what byuu's SGB support was a decade ago, but it has to be byuuware or original hardware. However, Im having an issue with making it work with the emulator. I have no idea what emulator(s) they used to get those screenshots, but given that it's an entire article about the quirks and subtleties of Super Game Boy features, I expect those screenshots should be an accurate representation.
